Description
If we fail to take the care of our beautiful planet seriously, there will be detrimental consequences for every form of life inhabiting the earth. According to NASA's website, the evidence for rapid climate change is compelling. The global temperature is rising, the ocean is getting warmer, the ice sheets are shrinking, glaciers are retreating, snow cover is decreasing, the sea level is rising, the arctic sea ice is declining, extreme events are increasing in frequency, and the ocean acidification is increasing. (climate.nasa.gov).
Now is the time to change our habits and increase our awareness as to what we need to do to save this beautiful planet. Simple things such as recycling, planting trees, and energy and water conservation would make a big impact. Also using alternative forms of energy such as wind and solar energy would greatly ease the stress on our environment.
I created this art piece in the hopes that it would remind us of the importance of caring for our one and only planet-our sustenance and our home!
This work was a Finalist in Camelback Gallery's Artist Invitational 8 Juried Exhibition, February 2024!

Very astute narrative! For all who favor, like, and comment on this beautiful art, I suggest you look into the following site for more information: geoengineeringwatch.org. Dane Wigington is the go-to expert on solar radiation management. I've been watching his weekly broadcasts for 5 years or so. He has a scientific background.
